If there’s something wrong with your order, your Ample, or how you’re feeling afterwards, we’ll do our best to make things right. Here are a few things you might want to know.
- Call us at 800-AMPLE-89 M-F between 10-5pm Pacific time, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org any time.
- We stand by a taste and quality guarantee. If you don’t like your Ample, we’ll refund your most recent order, limited to a maximum of 60 bottles.
- To receive a full refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your Ample. As long as the unused portion is returned to us, we’ve got you covered.
- The return process is simple: We’ll pass you a prepaid return shipping label. Seal up the original box with leftover Ample inside, and use the provided prepaid return label to drop it off for shipment within 15 days of initiating the return. As soon as we receive your package in 2-7 business days, we’ll credit you back for the full amount.
- While all our packages are guaranteed against defects, our 30-day taste and satisfaction guarantee only applies to the first shipment.
- If you decide to cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 10 days before your next shipment date and we will refund you for any shipments that have not been sent out.
