- To receive a full refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your Ample. As long as the unused portion is returned to us, we’ve got you covered.
- The return process is simple: We’ll pass you a prepaid return shipping label. Seal up the original box with leftover Ample inside, and the label will take care of the rest once you drop it off for shipment. As soon as we receive your package in 2-7 business days, we’ll credit you back for the full amount.
