FAQs

What is Ample?

Ample is a nutritious drinkable meal made from real-food ingredients. It's non-GMO, soy free, gluten-free, and doesn't use any artificial sweeteners or ingredients. We designed Ample to help fill in the gaps when life gets in the way of sitting down for a healthy meal — no shaker bottle required. Each probiotic meal comes measured, sealed, and ready to go.

Add water and shake for a filling meal with a comprehensive blend of protein, greens, fiber, plant-based fats, and probiotics.
Our thoughtful high-fat macronutrient blend is based on the latest scientific nutritional research to support digestion, gut health, and nutrient absorption.

What makes Ample different?

As a drinkable meal, our probiotic content, fiber, and fat profile combined are more comprehensive and potent than anything on the market in this category.

But more importantly, we believe that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, and it's certainly not solved with one single food to rule them all. We designed Ample as a best-possible backup meal — a tool to help you stick to your aspired diet goals. We'll continue working tirelessly to improve our ingredient quality nutritional profile, and product line to keep up with the latest nutritional science. We hope you'll join us on that journey.
